Archive of news from Harvey'sOlympia and good newsPosted by David Harvey, Wednesday 13 June 2012 ![]() Stand D49 at the 2012 Summer Olympia Fair It really is that time of year again and we are once more exhibiting at the Summer Olympia Fine Art and Antiques Fair. The fair is half way through and we have had some excellent sales with lots more still to come. Interestingly, new clients and younger customers seem to be the order of the day which does rather confound all those journalists and pundits who said that "Georgian Brown" furniture is out of fashion and only the preserve of the elderly. We have been surprised at the strength of the enquiries from visitors across the World. These have been from Collectors as well as Interior Designers and Dealers and we expect several more of these deals to come to fruition over the next few weeks. The fair is on until Sunday evening June 17th. so do come and have a browse around if you get a moment. If you want tickets to be left at the door for you, just let us know and we can arrange this. My newsletter is somewhat shorter today than usual as I have to get back up to London in time to rearrange the stand and make sure it is all tidy and dusted before the fair opens at 11 o'clock. I do hope I shall see you there. As ever, David | Videos ...
